Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Bird account and have your associated personal data removed from our systems, you may submit a request by contacting us directly.
Please email your request to: env.bird@gmail.com
Include the following information in your email to help us process your request promptly:

Your registered phone number or email address used with the Bird app

A brief statement confirming that you wish to delete your account
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and proceed with account deletion within 7 business days. After deletion, your personal information and chat history will be permanently removed from our servers, except where retention is required by law.
